How Silverstars Care can help with Live-in Care

This is the first Newsletter from Silverstars Live-in Care and we are aiming to give our clients as much information with regards to what is happening within the care sector with the focus being on live-in care.

Silverstars Live-in Care prides itself on the quality of care, support and information we provide and with the ethos coming from the owners of the business, Ewelina and Stefan, all clients can be assured that care is at the centre of everything the company represents.

Over the last few years  there have been many changes in the care sector per se and live in care is slowly getting more recognised by commissioners although many live-in clients are often self funded

When a client contacts us with regards to looking for a live in care we want to give you as much information as  possible and understand that it is a big decision choosing to have someone living in your home.

It is useful to know if any funding from the local authority might forthcoming or if you will be funding yourself and we try to ensure that we give you all the information that will help you decide the best way forward

We always meet with a client either in person or to discuss in more detail and our charges relate to what involvement the client wants.

We can advise as to what a client should be looking for based on the needs of the clients for example do they just want housekeeping, how much personal care is required, are there any special requirements such as catheter care or is it palliative care.

We can go through costs and what the client should be expecting to pay, how live in works, what breaks the carer needs and what accommodation is required for the carer.
